После анализа опыта реальных пользователей сервиса rizzoma.com мы поняли, что большинство используют сервис как замену email. В англоязычном сегменте для этого явления применяется термин zero email. Он означает полный отказ от почты для бизнеса и переход на другие инструменты.
Мы решили провести эксперимент и объяснить аудитории, что мы под эту тему подходим. Райтер подготовил тексты и быстро накидал эскизы нашего видения лендинг-странички. Естественно, это не жесткий формат, мы рады видеть предложения по улучшению расположения блоков и конечно необходимо доработать иллюстрации.
Дополнительно к бюджету конкурса мы зарезервировали 10к и дадим их победителю, если дизайн будет лучше наших ожиданий.
После конкурса мы хотим продолжить сотрудничество и по итогам измерения конверсии сделать еще несколько итераций эксперимента.

Проблема переполненого инбокса и ее решение в activity stream
Top side (problem and solution):
Imagine the start of group cooperation. One guy send a message to three collegues. Two of them have a comments and used reply all feature.
On the next step we have 10 copies of the first message in inboxes. Just imagine how many copies it will after long discussion. This is the situation that leads us to inbox overloading problem.
If you use activity stream tool you will have just one copy of initial message. And one conversation. Here is very simple way to make you inbox less overloaded. There is no email ping pong anymore. Here is the list of tool with this feature: Facebook, Google Plus, and other.
Headline above interface screen: Rizzoma activity stream
Left side: All the updates and changes displayed in the activity stream. More lively conversation picks up the document to the top of the list (on the left side). Use search field for filter topics. In other words Rizzoma activity stream is like combination of Google Search and Facebook timeline.
Right side: Check out how many topics updated right in the list (green stripe). Jump from the one to another update within the topic with the Next button.

(situation): Let's imagine a simple event. A boy need to choose how to spend a weekend with his girlfriend—to visit Lady Gaga or U2 concert. They're not next each other. So, a communication tool needed.
(problem): Ordinary girl uses ordinary communication tool and asks 'How much the ticket costs?'. The question is not clear because we don't know what ticket it's about (U2 or Lady Gaga). In this case people usually need several iteration for context recovering.
(solution): Smart girl uses context communication tool and asks question near the message about Lady Gaga concert. So, it's much more clear and boy doesn't need to ask 'What concert ticket?'. That's profit!
Left side: Enter the sign @ and choose the person you need from the dropdown contact list. The person will receive the link to exact place of the document
Right side: Your document is available only to participants you added (they're shown on the top). You can share it with the link to involve more people to your project or discussion. Just send link via Skype or other instant messenger.
Zooming interface
Situation: Look at how to work with large documentation can happen
Problem: In traditional Interfaces you have to scroll through pages and being lost in the cross-references. The best case possible if you have table of contents separated from context. It is almost the same as you have Google Maps with broken zoom-feature like maximum or minimum detalization with no custom scale.
Solution: Just imagine yourself as a bird. Have a look at a far landscape. You see huge area in one picture. You can fly whenewer you want and zooming any place. Zoom-interface is a very powerfull and beautiful feature. You can see how it works in MindMaps services in Prezi. Rizzoma has zoom for text editor.
Left side: Every document in Rizzoma will be in two modes: text edit mode and tree-like scheme (mindmap) mode. You can switch the modes in one click.
Right side: Make structure of your document more logical with drag & drop. Discussion becomes a document with simple finger movements.
