На странице размещена форма обратной связи (Fox Contact). Когда форма заполнена и нажимаем на кнопку "отправить", заявка не отправляется, а осуществляется переход на вот такую страницу с ошибкой

Необходимо это исправить и настроить корректную работу форму, чтобы заявки падали на нашу почту.
