Automated Musician Platform (booking, showcasing talent..)

Project Description
I am a solo musician looking to upgrade my event booking website with a streamlined, automated, and secure system. I need a freelancer with expertise in web development, CRM integration, automation, and website security to build a platform that can handle client inquiries, manage bookings, automate contracts and payments, and keep customer data secure.

I already have a basic website. Access to personal information and customer data will be strictly controlled to ensure privacy.

Project Requirements
1. Client Inquiry and Booking Automation
Contact Form and Inquiry Automation: Upgrade the contact form to capture essential client information (e.g., name, event type, location, and date) and connect it to a CRM (e.g., Airtable or HoneyBook).
Automated Responses and Scheduling: Set up an automated email response with package details and a link to schedule a consultation using Calendly. Integrate Calendly with Google Calendar to sync bookings.
2. Contract and Payment Processing Integration
DocuSign for Contracts: Configure DocuSign with dynamic templates for client contracts. Once a client confirms their booking, an automated workflow should send them a contract for digital signing.
Stripe or Square for Payment Processing: Integrate a secure payment gateway to request a 50% deposit upon contract signing. The payment status should update in the CRM to mark bookings as confirmed.

3. Event Scheduling and Calendar Management

4. Website Security
SSL/TLS Encryption: Secure the website with HTTPS, using an SSL/TLS certificate.
Web Application Firewall (WAF): Set up a WAF (e.g., Cloudflare) to block malicious traffic and prevent SQL injections and XSS attacks.
Data Privacy Compliance: Ensure the website is GDPR compliant and all data storage is encrypted.
5. CRM and Data Analytics
CRM Integration: Connect the website to Airtable or HoneyBook to store all client data, event details, and payment statuses.
Data Analytics Dashboard: Develop a simple analytics dashboard to track metrics such as inquiries, bookings, and revenue.
6. Marketing and Follow-Up Automation
Email Marketing Automation: Set up Mailchimp or ActiveCampaign for follow-up emails, reminders, and post-event feedback requests.
Social Media Automation: Use Buffer or Hootsuite to automate social media posts.
7. Documentation
User Guide and Training: Provide written documentation for all automations and integrations, explaining workflows and basic troubleshooting steps.
