KBC have undertaken a review of the current project versus the alternatives suggested by Gazpromneft. This is very much a “high level” review and does not constitute a configuration study or licensor / technology evaluation and recommendation. Help was sought from NIS to generate yield sets for each alternate case under consideration on a consistent basis. There are detailed technical issues that cannot be identified or resolved in an LP environment without significant development work. KBC’s usual methodology is to undertake configuration evaluations within Petro-SIM - a feature rich process simulation environment. Best efforts have been undertaken, utilising KBC’s experience, to try and identify some of those issues.
